At Alvin's Island, we want you to love your beachwear and tropical finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
